Looking for Corp/Alliance in Null - New Player

Are there any corps/alliances in null that accept newer players? I’ve tried Pandemic Horde but they are having issues with accepting applications for over a week. I’m pretty familiar with the game. Could use a little guidance with a skill plan. Just want to be in null and fly with other people. Please let me know what you corp/alliance is about.
