Have you ever considered living in WH space? Here are some information about us:
We’re Holy Hunters, a small PvP US WH (7 players, 6 actives) corporation living in a C4 with C3-C4. We’re PvP focused but we do some PVE on the side for ISK. Our statics gives up to 250m/h in c3 and up to 500m/h in C4.
We’re looking for a specific mindset of people who are looking for content and rolling when online so that almost everyone is hunting, we want people to believe in WH justice and we want a community of player with whom we play other game. We’re also building a non toxic environment where we’re not toxic to each other and other corporations.
Finally, our corp’s goal is to grow large enough to take all fights, even if we’re being outnumbered as well as being able to defend smaller WH corporation from eviction, as it removes content.

Most of these reply’s are a bit heavy handed for a new player/returning player like yourself.
From what it sounds like you would prefer a small like minded close nit group to Learn how to play eve and make iskies while also having fun.
Yes eve is quite boring for the solo HS pilot who hasnt found their path yet.
I Am the executor of a HS alliance called Galactica. we are new and quite small - looking to grow.
We do all, and everything in HS… we have no requirements, time requirements or any requirements. We are chilled and laid back.
We run Ice and moon mining fleets all the time, and have passive income.
Personally i would teach you and run abyssals with you - escalations and do exploration with you.
In HS i find that DED 3/10s and 4/10s yield the best ISK per hr/day income.
