- needs to operate in minmatar or gallente hi-sec space or help change negative amar/caldari standings by doing joint remote mission completions
- prefer missions, homefront, and incursions
- don’t want to build or scan, some mining as a diversion
- not interested in WH, low-sec, null, corp-war, FW or insurgencies
- strongly prefer voice comms
- should have at least 10 members with low turn-over, 4-5 that regularly fly together
