I am interested in finding a corporation to participate in that is Gallente aligned. I am interested PVE, Industrialism, and Insurgencies. I am a new player but I like to think I am shaping up rather well and I will be in Omega Status soon enough, though I am enjoying the slow ride on my way to the 5M Skill Cap. I am primarily an Enforcer with secondary work as an Industrialist as I try to learn more about the game. 
FYI for both RP and game mechanics:
The Gallente are friendly with the Minmatar (5.0), opposed to the Caldari (-5.0), and somewhat hostile to the Amarr (-2.0). See the Interactions tab of the character window, and show info on each of the factions to view their standings toward each other.
If you’re siding with the Gallente, that should probably be, “eliminate the Amarr and Caldari influence…”
That may be typical but I plan on going down my own path. I have nothing against the Amarr.
Your statement tells me that you haven’t understood what factional warfare means yet. Once you joined a side, it is not up to you to decide who his ally and who is the enemy.
I’m just here to have fun.
Have all the fun you want, but learn how standings (and derived standings) work in terms of game mechanics.
