Looking for a corp In null sec to build my PI empire. I don’t want to have to pay per toon to be in the corp as I will have a lot of toons doing PI.

I am also looking at getting into manufacturing.
willing to rat & casual pvp as well

Requirements:
Have command centers ready to be used
0-3% Tax on pocos
Been in the same space for over 9 months
