Looking to possibly buy a caldary L4 mission runner. I only have a budget of 15b and i am not sure what that will get me. If i can find something close enough to what i am looking for then i will. I am looking for a focused L4 Caldary missioner with good missile and shield skills. It could be that i may just need wait and save some more, advice is always accepted. thank you.
Since you want a Level 4 mission runner besides the mission and shield skills, the toon is also going to need the appropriate standing with a Caldari Corp.
