Titanium does Kinetic+Thermal… shields are weak against… EM-Therm… Which means they are pretty good against shield tank and armor tank.
DU is good for all around… if you arent sure what you are going to face. As DU hits Kin, Therm and EX.
Both of them have the same tracking bonuses and range.
650’s are the best weapon in Eve

And WHO in their right mind leaves their known holes open on any ship?
Well if you’re solo the holes don’t matter much you just avoid engagements that rek you.

Well Arti has only 720s and 650s, Lasers and Hybrids have 3 options each, not only for Medium size. I’d like Dual 280mm’s as a third option for Medium Artillery 
Regarding opinion: 720’s are really great for harassing others from outside their targeting range. That being said, they could use a bit of PG reduction or a tad more range.
I just want the 650 accessible to the Stabber FI without a fitting mod, faction 650 are also too hard to get your hands on, shucks.
Like a lot of faction guns.
