Modification of bumping rule

Hello everyone,

This change sort of flew under the radar for some time. The Character Bazaar rules now reflect the proper procedure regarding bumping of threads.

The OLD rule stated the following:

  1. Bumping is allowed only by the character who started the thread once per calendar day. Friendly or multiple bumps per day are not permitted.

This was replaced with the following:

  1. Bumping is allowed only by the character who started the thread once per 24 hour period. Friendly or multiple bumps per day are not permitted.
