Minor data-quality issues in the Mining and Moon Material datasets have been corrected across all related outputs retroactively.
Economic Trends:
April saw increased battle activity, with the two largest battles being the Battle of Atioth at the beginning of the month and the Battle of 4-HWWF at the end. This contributed to higher Destruction Value, alongside lower Mining and Production Values.
After increasing in March, ISK Faucets in April declined back to levels comparable to February.
The Mineral Price Index increased by 9% month-over-month.

Hopefully those numbers aren’t misrepresented due to the recent trend of constantly implementing Events…
Last year there was at least 10 different events, some of which lasted over 30 days… In my opinion events artificially inflate and skew the averaged numbers… Basically affecting and impacting everything, Marketing, Mining, Production, Destruction, ISK Faucets, etc..
I guess with events happening almost all the time now, their effects on the averaged numbers could be considered normal.. However, since events promote specific types of activities to be done within a specific time frame, I think they’re actually manipulating the numbers…
This is just an personal opinion and observation.
A small increase in mineral price index is good. Better than a huge unsustainable increase that would soon see the bottom fall out. And 9% may not seem like much. But with the ongoing wars. Principally between Goonswarm and WinterCo. Seem to indicate that their in house miners are not able to keep up with the demand. That 9% is a healthy response.
In light of the wars being fought. it is a good time to be bargain hunting with an eye to a quick turn around. Again personal opinion.
Metenox is out of control CCP Bee. Most moon mining disapeared, exchanged by passive power block mining force projection (also the possibility to ninja mine, raid mining ops, or colaborate)
May you start thinking in a asymetrical counter to them, since destroying any power entity asset is easily countered… It could be a refurbish of the “siphon unit”. At least, the model is already drawn.
