Hey I am pretty sure this might have been asked or not. Is there any way to check players characters? Like how we did with old API?
There is no account level information in ESI.
There reason none is replying to this is because it have been debated endlessly in multiple places and we all got tired of it.

He’s probably asking for something along the lines of https://esi.a-t.al/
Bear in mind, with ESI being character specific compared to crest and xml, you have no way to know whether or not they’re telling the truth about who is or isnt a character of theirs.
