Note Pad -> Unchain the limit!

Hello,

Would it be possible for you to consider increasing the character size limit of the Note Pad? Currently 3900, it would be nice if we could go to 5000 or even double it.

I have to do a lot of them, it’s quite tedious, thank you for taking this with consideration.
