I’d offer more if capital pulse and beam specs were trained and Capital Energy Turret wasn’t only at 4. In it’s current state it will require more training to be useful. Will need a mastery of around 4 to be acceptable for fleets which requires another 16M skill points. For these reasons, I believe 32B is fair.

None uses Beam in proper Dread Ops anyway, but I’ve loaded it in the skill Que and Spec IV under 10 days
