'focus on the (just those) gankers who really don’t care…(etc.)

The difference is important to me. In addition, it allows me to demonstrate that sloppiness in your writing which appears to be such a boon to your detractors.

I only mention it because ‘One Way to Balance…’ has become ‘Any Way to Nuke Gankers and Ganking’; a tired and tiring exercise in futility which all too frequently leads to naughtiness and ill-temper (that of my own character included).

They’re not bots. One could fairly easily find out how people run their own little gank fleets manually. 7 is decent but not an impossible thing. Some are adroit enough and good at setting things up enough to work quite a few more. People have videos up of them streaming how it is done simply to dispel the years of false anguished claims of BOOOOOT! from folks like you.

The best balance pass for HiSec would either be it’s complete removal or at least a reduction to 50 systems max for each Empire. Why do you need more than that?
