Targets are likely one person working under the “Holl Corporation”. Targets jump high security escalations to bait players in order to take escalations, and the likelihood of targets using hacks to find players on the map is high - so do not expect to not be hidden under cloak, and/or hidden in a distant pocket when in the same local as a target.
Targets are often seen around Minmatar high security space, particularly: Dantbeinn 0.7.
Every Kill Mail will earn exterminators ISK in value of the vessel popped. 2 Billion ISK is currently available to ensure targets are dealt with.. likely to increase over time depending on how targets squirm.
After primary bounty funds are exhausted.. the killer that has done the most damage will earn 500 million additional ISK. Second deadliest will earn 250 million additional ISK.
It is the burden of those with character to cut down those without character. May Primary Target receive righteous judgment for his/her actions.
