Has anyone ever went to the ore faction and gotten loyalty points from them for mining, I know it’s in null sec and was hoping someone had some advice on how to get lp from them without having to fly all the way to the outer rings

AFAIK you get LP from doing missions for their agents. Since there is such a thing as a mining agent, I think you can get LP for mining

You can figure that out yourself ingame. Open the Agency, go to Agents & Missions, then Mining Agents, and select the Ore Faction in the Faction Filter. Make sure you scroll down and check the “Ignore Standings Requirements” so that you see all agents, not just those which are currently accessible to you.
