Post tags not working

I just made a post, but I could not add tags to it.
I can’t find the tutorial as well so could someone help me out?a

You can add tags to topics on creation. I don’t think you can to individual posts.

Yeah I made a topic in the recruitment section, but didnt have the tags option…
