The norm rule of thumb is 1mil sp equates to 1bil isk.
HOWEVER….
It removes isk for bad skilling, sec status etc etc…people can remove it for even the spelling of your chars name.
That said, knowing the alliance you are in, you will have followed the correct skill plans, right?, so you could ask for a price between 27 to 35bil.
You may get a bit more at a push, another however…you could do better or quicker selling it within your alliance - obviously striking a deal and then following the correct procedure to post the private sale on the ccp forums.
If I had a bit more liquid cash, I would have been interested.
Anyway, hope this helps
