The fit is mediocre, is it worth something that its docked in HS?
High sec capitals cannot be traded. (I wish they could be though… can pay plenty for it.) They would be moved to lowsec / ns.
The selling of capitals docked in Highsec is not permitted as per https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203280661-Capital-Ships-in-High-Security-Space.
If you wish to sell the ship you will first have to move into a system with a security of 0.4 or lower.
