Most buyers are going to want to make a profit off your characters, by extracting the skills. You’re likely going to get between 9 and 11 billion for the 15m sp character, closer to 13-15b if someone actually wants the toon, it will save them a bunch of isk instead of injecting.
The 25m sp toon will go for about 17-18b, and closer to 22b for those looking to actually use it.
