Our requirements are broken down into two parts: Initial, and expected. We expect you to work towards expected requirements within a certain timeframe.
Initial Requirements
Cloaking IV
Minmatar BS II
Caldari Cruiser V + Strategic Cruiser III, Subsystems IV, Heavy Missiles V, Amarr Battlecruiser 4, Medium Energy Turrets V
OR
Amarr Cruiser 5 , Recon Ships IV, Logistics IV,
exceptions are made for exceptional pilots
Expectations
Scanning alt (90 Days)
Ewar or Dictor alt (180 Days, Separate from Scanning Alt)
Ability to fly one ship from each doctrine (180 Days)
Ability to fly a HIC on any character (180 Days)
Ownership and ability to use an eviction defense ship (180 Days)
