Resolution based on screen size?

I seem to have my resolution options froze and cannot change them. Apparently it is now based on my screen size. I prefer a larger one these days as the icons get way to small to see even with glasses on.

Is this supposed to have happened or just something that needs a quick fix?

Nevermind, i can use the scaler.
