During the scheduled TQ shutdown, the servers experienced an issue which prevented a clean restart.
The teams are performing a manual restart and will update with an ETA soon!
Update: Teams identified the issue and the manual restart was successful, TQ online and accepting connections as of 11:27:38.

Was starting to wonder if something went wrong.
