The Celestial Cartel might be a good home for you! We have quite a few people in the business of training people and getting people up to speed, we have some fleet participation requirements (but if real life conflicts with that, real life takes priority 
), there is almost always people on comms to hang out with and have a growing industrial wing and space to krab in. We do lots of pvp from a small scale all the way up to big bloc fights, and are focused on being a tight knit community!
