i’m an older dude. I’ve played eve on and off for years. i’ve 93m sp, not all pvp, but mostly. i’ve been a care bear, null-bear and part time pvper that enjoys small gang roams that are independent of a larger scale conflict; immediately following a long walk on the beach. i want to commit to a corp that focuses on pvp mostly or totally in low, null or hi. Low is preferred, then null.
If in low or hi sec, being near Caldari or Amarr regions are preferred. (1=Caldari, 2=Amarr).
i’m not interested in large scale pvp, with regular sov defense commitments.
i can deal with pvp doctrines that allow success for small to mid-sized roams.
i have mediocre pvp stats; in the past, I pvped some, not huge amounts. I always look to improve.
i am self-sufficient on ships etc. I build em, and have usually made isk to plex 1-2 accts.
past corps i was with, either disbanded, restructured, and have sov commitments i am not into. i had great times playing and getting to know pilots, eve-wide.
im in ustz MT. on in the peak hours before downtime, but asleep by downtime.
I tried to convo you ingame but I’ve had no luck. I think my corp (Tuskers) could be a good fit for you.
We’re a relaxed (no minimum activity levels, no CTAs, fly what you want, when you want etc.) mature solo/small gang PvP corp with an active community, where some members have been around for 5+ years. We use out of game services (Discord) to communicate, which makes joining fights even easier - a simple ping means when you do log on, there’s something going on.
Historically, we were a low sec pirate corp, but most of us have found more fun living in a Class 2 Wormhole with a static NS & C5 for PvP & logistics/PvE respectively. We think this wormhole offers the best mixture of logistics & PvP - the direct NS gives us plenty of opportunity for fights (at the moment we are getting about 50-80 kills per day) and the C5 gives us decent logistics.
We run a mixture of organised gangs & impromptu gangs. Some examples:
We tackle a Rorqual, ping for back up and end up killing it +multiple sub-cap defensive fleets with minimal losses, despite fighting 3 gangs simultaneously (RR Hyperions, Cruiser Gang, Dread + Rorqual) - The Tuskers Killboard Related kills & losses.
