Be active! Most of us play daily, however we understand people have lives, by active, we would like to see you online at least once per week. If you are going to be inactive for an extended period, all you need to do is make leadership aware.

Positive attitude with the view to have fun, it is a game after all.

A willingness to PVP and improve as a solo pilot, not just a F1 monkey. We don’t care about Isk efficiency as long as fun is achieved

There are PVE opportunities for those newer players who aren’t self sufficient

Ability to listen to comms, don’t have to speak if you don’t want to.
