SiSi - "Handshake Failed - Server Failure"

Hi there -

It’s about 9:45 PM U.S. Central Time (CST), and while the launcher shows 21 players on SiSi - I get the error in the subject repeatedly when trying to connect.

If I recall, this is not the same error that is generated when SiSi is off-line for normal downtime, correct?
