Skills for Firing Moon Drill

Greetings to all eve players,

Just wanted to know is there a difference in the amount of asteroid belt volume sizes being created upon firing the moon drill from a highly skilled player to a lower skilled player ? Or is it only the rigs that alter the amounts ? or are there certain skills that you need to learn ?

It’s only the structure rigs (and the duration of the extraction cycle) that has an effect on the amount of Ore.
