A few really annoying bugs on SKINR:
-
Make a design using a pattern and then save it. When you reload that design, and click on the pattern slot, the values change (back to default?) causing the pattern to become completely messed up. This makes it impossible to easily edit designs that have patterns on them.
-
On some monitors, clicking on “see more” to see all your saved designs will not actually show all your designs. It only shows about 10 and the rest are cut off with no way to scroll.
-
SKINs listed for sale on the Paragon hub will sometimes disappear if they are not sold by the expiry date.
QOL Feature requests:
-
Please let us filter for more than just hull type in the Paragon Hub. For example let us search for specific SKIN names or SKIN Lines, design elements, designer’s name, etc.
-
Give us a text box to input specific values for patterns instead of just the sliders. On some monitors it is impossible to select an exact number as each “tick” on the slider moves the slider by 2 units. This would also make recreating designs a lot easier.
-
Increase the character limit for SKIN names. As it currently stands, the character limit for SKIN names is a lot lower than for SKIN Line names. However, SKIN names tend to be longer than their corresponding SKIN Line name since you usually name the SKIN something like “[Hull Name] + [SKIN Line Name]”. In practice, this means the smaller character limit is often not enough to fit the whole name. For example something like “Vexor Navy Issue Glittering Dream” would not fit under the current system as a SKIN name, but it would fit as a SKIN Line name.
-
Please give us some filter/search options for our saved designs. If I have 100+ saved designs on multiple characters I would like to be able to quickly search for specific SKINs or filter by hull type, SKIN Line, design elements etc instead of clicking through them all every time.

Give us the option to “reset” the sliders to their default starting positions when working with patterns. Sometimes after playing around with the sliders you may decide you don’t like what you’ve done and would rather reset that slider (or sometimes all of them) to start again fresh.
