As @Geo_Eclipse_Oksaras noted in his observation of the obvious fact:
can you not move 3 or more jumps away from losec so you’re not sent there… actions have consequences even when it comes to declining missions under 4 hours. Have several agents or once you hit that 4 hour mark, wait until its up… or do your soe arc every 3 months and get your standings up so it won’t matter (except the agent)
