Not received any confirmation email.
Are you supposed to? The only email I got was the receipt but the character has been removed from my account.
Its been a while since I bought one. It might be only the seller who gets that email. Sorry 
I still haven’t gotten an email about the transfer, and the support article reads:
“Notification emails are sent to both parties when the transfer has been initiated. The emails are sent to the email addresses registered to the accounts in question.”
It seems neither of us have gotten that email though. The only confirmation I have is the receipt and the fact that this character is no longer selectable for transfer on my Account Management page.
Maybe they are just delayed for some reason? Will post here when I get some sort of update.
It also reads:
“For security reasons, character transfers are processed with a 10-hour delay, during which the character is frozen and cannot be used.”
