It’s been years since i’ve played this game, want to start fresh, so decided to sell my old toon, and go see whats out there. My buyout is a pure guess, going off the clones with augments, Open to suggestions, clean character with no drama attached (not been online for years as well).
Based on the guidance, I would transfer isk to the character being traded. You can transfer the isk yourself, but you must ensure that the isk of the character to be sold is a positive number. You can then transfer the character to the account I specify.
