If character transfer is locked, that means you’re russian which means itll take up to 4 days for the buyer to get their character

not russian and i started the charactor. so ccp is being lazyand im in the USA

i changed my email last month and they locked my accounts. im sorry, ive been playing since 2003 so wasnt expecting this. id look elsewhere. they said they wont lift the lock for a month. then review. they take my CC payments everytime butthats nothing I guess
alright, thanks for updating. Sad to pass on this one. I would suggest checking for transfer availability in the future, perhaps even adding to the rules.
