Your character is only worth 31b max, theres no specialisation in anything on its training, you dont even have cybernetics 5 and you have had this toon for 10 years lol. Cybernetics is a core skill to help train skills at max speed and you want 40b for this.
If i were you i would accept life taps offer of 35b as he is giving you 4b for free before he decides to change his mind and move on to a better offer.

I’m not trying to be smart and neither am I a mastermind, but im smart enough to understand that I shouldn’t pay gold for crap! No body cares about your characters story here or how much isk you wasted on injecting skins in to it, you will get what is worth on the current market for a toon thats over 10 years old and has a sorry looking killboard too.
