Its not except theres tons of corps that do just this. Its why and how I got into the game. Just bridging that instinct to high sec alone until skilled…there needs to be a better iteration of the npc corp, pay for tutors subs and have them teaching newbros,

Sure just apply magic and ask the tooth fairy, maybe some Irish leprechauns. What you’re asking for is not realistic and as such wanting it to happen is not helping the situation, it just perpetuates it.
There seems to be a distinct lack of effort on your part in your sentences, perhaps go do something about the problem instead of asking “others” to solve “the problem”.
