lack of content is an ad/feature in this game - as long as there majority of customers will pay nothing or very little will change on this matter. PVE in EVE is boring and unbalanced, besides higher standing and LP it has no influence on nothing in terms of story. Possible development of storylines like wars/conflicts between Factions - Zero.
Most professions are obsolete as you can get everything from missions - minerals, ships and items.
The same missions are repetetive like Skyrim radiant AI-Quest.
Stop paying for the game and things will change - I predicted Skillpoints Injectors in 2012 and was laughed at. Who is laughing now.
