Where can I find the patch notes for today’s update and what CCP have done?

Thank you for your prompt response however, that does not tell me what they did today unless I am mistaken.
If there are no patch notes, it is likely nothing changed on Tranquility. There may have been a patch to Singularity.

Just because there are no patch notes does not mean that there was not in fact a patch or any update.
