I built a free, single-page tool called **EVE Threat Checker**.

Can it distinguish between solo or fleet threat where you can instantly see if it’s “just” someone who is part of successful fleets while being crap solo, or is actually good solo.

Solo preference: 15% (30/200 kills)
Average kill value: 133.9M
Bling kills (≥500M): 12
Space preference:
High-sec: 0% Low-sec: 0%
Null-sec: 100% Wormhole: 0%

How about a “does this player tend to fly blinged out ships” indicator, perhaps through comparing solo loss values to the average for those ships. Although that might be too complex to figure out.
there is a ship fit lookup after you input new local name you type what ship hes in it will show last 3 losses so you can see if he flys blingy and how he normaly fits that ship example

It tags me as black ops support because I shot at a yolo dread in low sec that also had blops on it, and I think it’s probably a bit too sensitive as I am definitely not blops support.
I don’t think I’ve seen a tool so far that produces a threat estimate I would consider even generally reasonable, no exceptions here. For instance, I’m a “high” threat (based, in part, on the previous blops thing I assume), while Aiko Danuja rates as a medium threat.
tool is working as intended it says you were on a km with blops via blops support so you are saying you just whored on the km as a solo pilot ps pulls last 12 month i added a button for false positive so i can tweak example you have to be on 2 or more kms with same parameters to be considered to be blops support ps this is a threat assesment on how likely you are to be dropped by the target in question so i can tweak based on feedback like this implementing this change now

You definitely need to denoise the raw inputs in some way because this will basically tell you that every F1 monkey who is even a little bit active is at least a medium threat, and being present at any large fleet fight is going to promote them right to high threat, even if their normal day-to-day gameplay is orbiting ishtars.
I would also consider scoring metrics with some kind of time-based decay instead of just a lifetime/12 month cutoff.
Guy yoloed a navy dread and the NPSI fleet I was in piled on with everyone else. I was in a Retribution, which isn’t really blops capable. At a minimum, I wouldn’t count it unless the ship can take a blops bridge or open a blops-usable cyno.
We’re updating the threat scoring to reduce F1-monkey / blob inflation:
- Denoising
Support flags (BLOPS SUP, Dread SUP, etc.) will now ignore large fleet fights. Only killmails with ≤ 18 character attackers count toward support. Actual capital/BLOPS pilots still trigger on a single appearance. - Time-based decay
Instead of a flat 12-month cutoff, recent activity is weighted much higher (full weight last 30 days → down to 20% weight at 6–12 months). Old one-off appearances will no longer push people into Medium/High as easily.
These two changes should stop “Ishtar orbiter who showed up to two big capital fights” from looking like a high threat.

Yes, it identifies them as a threat to be eliminated.
pulling from zkill it causes an error since zkill updated focusing on ads on some browsers not all
