Just a tech support note here for all pilots…
When using SAFARI on a mac, the transfer thru ACCT. SERVICES page might not work (didn’t work for me). For some reason, safari doesn’t recognize that you’ve chosen a character, but just keeps asking you to choose a character to transfer (even tho you’ve already chosen the char & the box is even highlighted).
Sooooooo, I switched to Firefox… worked just fine. FYI.
