Unable to login more than one account

Have the same thing. Read a manual about ‘Sharedfolder’ + deleting and re-installing and stuff but it didn’t work. Getting frustrated. Was a remark from September last year and they still didn’t fix it.

Launcher fails to open multiple accounts

After updating the launcher accidentally I get the following bug: I can open one account and it works normally. As soon as I open a second account I get the error “Cannot copy files for Tranquility while clients are running” and the second account fails to launch. After this the launcher fails to function. You can’t start accounts eve if you close the old one. Anyone have a workaround? Besides reinstalling the game everytime you don’t click on the cancel button for the launcher update?
