Launcher fails to open multiple accounts

After updating the launcher accidentally I get the following bug:

I can open one account and it works normally.

As soon as I open a second account I get the error “Cannot copy files for Tranquility while clients are running” and the second account fails to launch.

After this the launcher fails to function. You can’t start accounts eve if you close the old one.

Anyone have a workaround? Besides reinstalling the game everytime you don’t click on the cancel button for the launcher update?

“Could not copy files for Tranquility” when trying to start client occurs for me. Yesterday all was good. I’m trying to launch first client. Launcher starts normally and shows the player count.

Verifying cache integrity SOLVED the issue for me.

Could Not Copy Files for Tran

The error message “Could not copy files for Tranquility” means that the files in your shared resource cache folder are either in use or being updated. If the issue does not resolve itself in a few minutes try restarting the computer, as that will kill any ghost process that may be preventing the launcher from updating files.
