Vanguard: EAC not installed

Hello!

I just installed vanguard and hasn’t been able to launch it due to the following error:

Weird thing is that I have EAC installed, the windows service for it is also present. When I try to launch the EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe from the game files to repair EAC it doesn’t even start. No window opens, nothing. System is a Windows 10.

What can I do now? I don’t wanna miss the playtest.

I am having User agreement error, but yea not starting up normally able to see character name or do matches.
