Varmatar Directorate is recruiting. We are a new corp/alliance looking to grow and make our mark on New Eden.

Current state of the Directorate

We just took our first wormhole (C4) and anchored our first station. We’re doing plenty of inadvisable stuff because we don’t know any better. Please help.

What Varmatar Directorate offers you

  • Real life first, no strict activity requirements, but non-contributors and inactives will be purged.

  • Mutual respect. Zero-tolerance for toxicity, including towards the enemy.

  • We are a machine, designed as a system. We are NOT a collection of isolated friend groups who rarely interact except to dock in the same place. We work together towards common goals. Each corp has a function (disclaimer: we have only 1 corp for now while we grow)

  • Members are always aware of what they can do to move things forward.

  • We prosper as one. Corp/alliance profits are funneled back to the members. We have 2.5% tax rate (subject to change) which helps fuel our structures.

  • The opportunity to grow. We have no entrenched inactive best friend “directors”, no closed cabal of people you don’t even know making all your decisions for you. You can actually work your way up the ladder here (partly because nobody’s on the ladder yet).

  • We are chill goofy professionals. We take the details of our work seriously, but we have good goofy nonsensical fun when it comes time to do something. We’re serious about filling all the fields in a form correctly, but I won’t say a damn thing if you decide to swap one of your doctrine ship’s missile launchers for a festival launcher. We do not seek the meta.

  • Knowledge is sacred. One of my gifts as Supreme Director to you is my knowledgebase protocol, developed over 12 years to be able to handle anything you throw at it. Implementation is still in progress (testing some tools).

  • Knowledge is sacred. Members are expected to always be learning or improving something.

  • We embrace danger. We undock. We provide a fun fight for the enemy. We lose ships. We congratulate the enemy on a nice fight. We will never have a structure holding corp or any cheesy stuff like that.

Our Requirements

  • Be active (members without LOA will be kicked after 1 month of inactivity)
  • Consistently contribute to alliance goals in some way.
  • Be willing to join PVP fleets when necessary, even if your main focus is not PVP.
  • Be willing to use external software such as Discord, Mumble, Pathfinder, and Alliance Auth.
  • Have a working mic and be able to use it when necessary.
