Where do I find skills for these weapons??
Buy them.

in your character chart you can click on them and buy then directly for isk - all except specialization skills and a skill needed for t2 inventions.
Specialization skills are the ones I need.
You should already have the skill book for the frigate and cruiser, including book for the weapon
