Absolute best customer service I ever saw in EVE. Discord is fully optimised for a quick and transparent process, incredible reactivity from the entire team across all TZ (I have weird playing times sometimes, always had someone online to answer within a couple of minutes).

Talked to one of there members, after they looked at my standing they informed me of my choices. After their review it was determined that i was easier for me to train a few more skills rather then use their service. This was a nice surprise as it saved me isk, but it was welcome news. It showed that they’re honest in there dealings. Will use again if i truly do need their service.

Joined their discord and spoke to one of their members. Like Kali above me, after a chat about potential skilling and my current rep level, I decided to continue on the grind on my own. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed one way or another. Much appreciated for that and the additional insight into the rep mechanics.

I used this corporation to fix my trashed Gurista standings. It took them less than a day, from the time I first contacted them until the job was complete. When they discovered I had accidentally overpaid (note that they discovered it, not me) they let me know and instantly refunded the difference. In short, exceptional service, shocking speed, great people to deal with. I plan to use them again.
