Contacted USIA to improve my Gurista standings so I can go and do some FW.
Came to a very reasonable deal. In the meantime I had ran an arc myself and got a standings boost higher than was anticipated by myself or USIA guys so did not need the service.
They refunded my ISK within minutes without me even asking to do so. Would not hesitate to contact them for future standings!

Corp members kept in contact and contacted if I did leave a fleet up to see what was up, BearKlaaw took care of my needed rep gain in an efficient manner. I had contacted them to raise my rep to have access to Amarr Epic Arc so I can fix my Amarr standings. Amazing and quick work.
