This forum section is for in game transactions using in game items only.
In addition to the regular forum rules, there are rules specific to this forum that must be followed when posting auctions.

Only auctions of In-Game items for In-Game ISK are permitted in this forum.

Threads started in this forum are for items that are to be auctioned, for in-game ISK only. Characters are explicitly excluded.

If you wish to sell an item, please use the Sales Ads subcategory.

If you wish to price check an item, please use the Price Checks subcategory.

When a auction is complete, please change the thread title and the opening post stating that the item is no longer for sale.

Bumping is allowed only by the character who started the thread once per calendar day. Friendly or multiple bumps per day are not permitted.

Bumping must consist of a real sentence, not simply the word “bump”. For example: “Auction still open” is an acceptable bump.

If you wish to auction several items at one time please put up separate threads for each item.

This forum is for auctioning items. You may reply to the threads with bids or questions regarding the item. All other posts are off topic and will be removed.

Anti-competitive behavior and trolling will be actioned under the forum rules. Final discretion lies with the CCP Community Team on whether behavior is categorized this way.

You may not auction an item for a player that has been banned from the forums.

You may not advertise, or post links to 3rd party or private run auctions on another site.

Once an auction is started, you may not change the terms of the auction, the reserve price, or the buyout price of the auction. Please verify all aspects of your auction before posting.

Auctions can of course be cancelled at the seller’s discretion, however repeated wasting of buyer’s time may result in a forum reprimand.
Your auction should include:
- Starting/minimum bid
- Minimum bid increment
- Closing date and time
You may want to include:
- Reserve price
- Buyout price
- Sniper rule
- Item Location
Rules On Capital Sales In High Sec:
We all remember the Chribba Veldnaught crisis of 2008 and the rules we subsequently set for capitals in high sec.
Rules created after this prohibit the sales of capital ships in high security space.
Many of the capitals currently in high security space have been mistakenly moved there through reimbursement or by the server due to inactivity, and so and there have been cases where the owners have seen this as a golden opportunity to sell their capitals at extremely high prices to players who don‘t necessarily know too much about the rules for capitals in high sec.
Sales of capital ships in high sec are prohibited, be it on the regular market, on the contract system or via auction or sale on the forums.
Here are the updated rules for capital ships in high sec:

Capital ships may under no circumstances be used for aggression.

If at war, or with war declaration pending, you may not take your capital ship out of station.

You may not use your capital ship’s attributes to gain any sort of advantage over other players while in high security space.

You may not sell or put your capital up for sale while in high security space.

Breach any of the above will result in a 14 day game suspension and the relocation of your capital to low security space.
Please be sure to stick to those rules if you have a capital ship in high security space, otherwise it will be moved to lowsec.
