Security.
Security missions pay the most base isk/mission and the most loyalty points (LP) per mission.
To get the most of your mission time, make sure to run missions for a corporation that has a good LP store. You can use a tool like this: https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/lpstore/ to see the value of different items available in different corporations LP stores.
