Where are all the Micro Capacitor Boosters?

Have you checked Jita and other market like Amarr for Micro Capacitor Boosters ?

We got less then 50 x Micro Capacitor Booster I on sale in Jita and the tech 2 costs 464 million isk !

also what happened to the availability of meta 2-4’s they are down to practically Zero.
