Where are the character notes stored?

Hello, I’d like to know where the notes you write about characters are stored, I noticed after formating my hard drive that the notes dissapeared, that happened a long time ago, now, before formatting again or changing to OSX instead of Windows 10, I’d like to know where are they stored so I can save them?

I was almost certain it was stored server side

Certainly server side as I have installed on multiple computers over the years and the notes are always retained.

The things you write down in your in game notepad are also stored on the server.
I use it as a way to “backup” my personalized overview.
Also works with fittings.
