Moving all the notes to another char

Hi there, is there a way to move all my notes to another char, i.e. a new char or alpha alt?
I did a search here and could find how to copy the settings to another char, but does this procedure include the notes?

Notes are stored on the server, not locally, so you cannot move them via out-of-game file management the way you can settings files.

You will need to copy the notes manually in-game.
